How much does Plesh Sign cost?
Plesh Sign is available at €490 for a single event, €990 per month or €9,900 per year (instead of €11,800.00: you pay 10 months instead of 12). Every plan includes the core features to create events, collect signatures and manage and export documents.
Can I use Plesh Sign for a single event?
Yes. The ONE EVENT plan costs €490 and is designed for a single event or production. If you run events continuously, you can choose a monthly or annual plan.
What does unlimited use mean?
The PRO and BUSINESS plans let you run events continuously with no predefined limit on the number of events, subject to fair and reasonable use of the service. For particularly high volumes or specific technical needs we can define a dedicated setup.
Can I try Plesh Sign before buying?
Yes. You can start a 14-day free trial directly from the website, in self-service. No credit card is required and there is no automatic charge. If you prefer, you can also book a free demo with our team.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You register your account and start using Plesh Sign right away for 14 days, with no credit card. At the end there is no charge and no automatic renewal: if you want to continue, you choose the plan that suits you.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The request and the free trial do not require a credit card and involve no automatic charge.
What happens after the 14 days?
At the end of the free trial no automatic charge is made. You can then choose the ONE EVENT, PRO or BUSINESS plan based on how you intend to use the service.
How is a signature recorded?
Plesh Sign records the signature and links it to the date and time of the operation and to a unique identifier. Whether the signing method is suitable, and the value of the document, depend on the nature and purpose of the document used. For deeds subject to specific formal requirements, please check the applicable legislation.
How is participant data protected?
Plesh Sign applies technical and organisational measures to protect the data and documents managed through the platform. Its features also let you configure consents and manage the information collected in a traceable way.
Can I export the signed documents?
Yes, individually or in bulk as PDF, at any time and without limits.
Does Plesh Sign work offline?
Collecting signatures requires an internet connection so that operations can be recorded and saved. For events in locations with limited connectivity, dedicated connectivity solutions can be considered.
Are there integrations with CRM or management systems?
